About this role: This is a highly visible leadership opportunity within Student Affairs, responsible for shaping how the university approaches student accountability, ethical development, and community standards. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Students, the Director serves as the university’s primary administrator for student conduct and plays a central role in ensuring processes are fair, educational, and aligned with institutional values. This role is especially impactful as campuses continue to navigate increasingly complex student needs and behavioral concerns. You’ll collaborate across departments—including CARE teams, Title IX, University Police, and Housing—to support student growth while maintaining a safe and respectful campus environment.
