The Director of Strategic Initiatives serves as the Group President’s strategic partner and enterprise integrator, responsible for ensuring organizational priorities are clearly defined, communicated, tracked, and progressing in alignment with the Group President’s direction. This role owns the organization’s enterprise operating rhythm, including board and investor cycles, executive meeting cadence, leadership dashboards, and priority tracking, enabling the Group President and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to remain focused on direction, decision-making, and outcomes. Additionally, this role operates through influence, coordination, and disciplined execution, requiring strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to work effectively with executives and the board.
