About The Position

The Director of Strategic Finance will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, developing sophisticated financial models, evaluating complex business opportunities, and helping shape the decisions that define BOND's future. Approximately 75% of the role focuses on BOND's operating business, with the remaining time spent supporting the Chairman's family office through principal-level forecasting and investment evaluation, a rare combination that lets you develop as both an operator and an investor. We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving novel business problems, and has the analytical rigor of investment banking or private equity, paired with the curiosity to move beyond the model and shape real business decisions.

Requirements

• Approximately 5-8 years of progressive experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting
• Investment banking experience is strongly preferred, particularly within M&A, Financial Sponsors, Industrials, or Transportation
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and business analysis capabilities, with the ability to build sophisticated models from the ground up
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations, Board materials, and investment memoranda for senior leadership
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at every level

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Experience applying financial and strategic skills within an operating company, such as private equity portfolio operations, strategic finance, or corporate development
• Experience in a private equity-backed, growth equity-backed, or high-growth operating environment

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated financial models and analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and commercial opportunities
• Partner closely with senior leadership on the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives
• Build executive-level presentations, investment materials, and decision-support analyses for Board meetings
• Evaluate financing alternatives, capital structures, and fleet acquisition strategies
• Support the Chairman's family office by evaluating prospective investment opportunities across industries and asset classes
• Lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Product
• Translate complex financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership
