We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and people-focused retail leader to oversee a portfolio of approximately 6 to 10 retail locations throughout the New Orleans market and surrounding region. This role is responsible for driving business performance, developing high-performing leaders, and delivering a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating meaningful connections between our employees, customers, and brand while balancing operational excellence with strong financial stewardship. As a key member of the retail leadership team, this individual will lead market-level strategy, talent development, sales growth, and execution across multiple locations, ensuring each store operates with a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. This leader will partner closely with cross-functional teams to support new initiatives, optimize store operations, and identify opportunities to strengthen market performance. They will serve as a trusted coach to field leadership teams, helping build organizational capability while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience, employee retention, and profitability. This position operates in a hybrid environment, requiring regular travel throughout the market with a combination of time spent in stores and remote administrative work. Candidates must reside in the New Orleans metropolitan area or be willing to relocate.
