About The Position

4M Building Solutions is hiring a Director of Special Services to perform specialized cleaning work. Duties include pressure washing, exterior window cleaning, construction cleans, general cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, burnishing, and floor scrubbing. No janitorial experience is required; training in the company’s best practices is provided. The position requires reliable transportation, compliance with safety guidelines, and wearing provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with the position and OSHA requirements. The role reports to the Account Supervisor/Account Manager. The listed salary is $70,000.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No janitorial experience required; training is provided.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
• Must comply with social-distancing requirements and safety guidelines.
• Must wear provided 4M apparel and personal protective equipment when necessary in accordance with position and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities
