Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of spa-related operations (i.e., spa, fitness center, salon) including guest service, product innovation, marketing, merchandising, revenue generation, budgeting, and reporting
• Develop spa menus, implement marketing initiatives, and lead upselling strategies to increase revenue and elevate the guest experience
• Monitor satisfaction trends, resolve guest issues, and implement improvements that enhance service quality and consistency
• Ensure team members stay informed on current spa offerings, pricing, events, and guest policies
• Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
• Uphold compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
