About The Position

The Director of Sourcing is a senior leadership role responsible for the performance, development, and strategic direction of Millwood’s national and regional sourcing organization. The role leads the Sourcing Manager team, manages workload and capacity, and coaches managers toward their full potential. The company has more than 1,800 employees across more than 30 locations in the continental United States and is guided by a mission to reflect the love of Christ in its interactions.
