About The Position
The Director of Solutions & Interoperability is a senior technology leader responsible for defining and executing UCSF Health’s enterprise interoperability strategy across Epic and the broader digital ecosystem. This role oversees the design, development, integration, and optimization of solutions that enable seamless data exchange across Epic, third-party platforms, and internally developed applications to support all aspects of patient care, access, and clinical operations. This leader combines strategic vision with deep technical expertise and hands-on engagement, guiding teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative interoperability solutions. The Director will lead a high-performing team of analysts and developers while fostering strong partnerships across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
