The Enterprise Solutions Technology division includes workflow solutions across Lending, Reg & Compliance, Global Markets and Software business. Customer Focus * Build positive and productive working relationships with customers by delivering client priorities with high quality to enable business growth. * Analyze customer requests, set delivery priorities, and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals. * Attend Project calls (Internal and with Client) as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related fields.
- 18+ years' experience in software development, computer engineering, or other related fields with atleast 6 years in architecture and design
- Ability to work well in a team environment following Agile software development principles.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task.
- High energy and a self-starter.
- Preference will be given to candidates that have experience working with Microservices or distributed systems
- Expert on data management technologies (RMDBS, NoSQL)
- Good background on leveraging cloud technologies
- Can handle both front-end and back-end development
- Ability to deliver products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong inter-personal skills required with ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Strong People Leader.
- People Management skill is a must.
- Indefinite right to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to define and drive Architecture strategy , embedding AI/ML agentic AI and semantic models into platforms.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, specifically in Customer Lifecycle Management.
- Knowledge of data mesh, ontologies (FIBO, ISDA CDM, ISO20022), and multi-agent frameworks.
- Domain Knowledge – Customer Lifecycle Management , Know Your Customer, ISDA.
- Good knowledge of data modelling.
- Good knowledge of system architecture, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
- Experience designing and evolving cloud-native, modular, and federated architectures for scale, resilience, and agility.
- Strong abstraction and modelling skills, integrating semantic models into data mesh and ensuring interoperability across domains.
- Knowledge of real-time, event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis Streams, event sourcing).
- Knowledge of DevOps, cloud platforms (AWS ECS, Azure, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Understanding of secure, compliant architectures and access control for ML services.
- Knowledge of ML/NLP (transformers, embeddings, supervised/unsupervised learning).
