About The Position

Assists Housing Specialists in facilitating clients with permanent housing and Case Managers with their assignments, including intake meetings; assists with conducting resident assessments and social services. Performs Biopsychosocial and other relevant assessments for supportive housing for applicable clients. Provides psychotherapy for clients in need of services and coordinates clinical treatment. Supervises an LMSW. Ensures readiness for audits by DHS, OTDA, and other Governmental agencies. Performs any other job-related duties, as required by the Program Director.

Requirements

• LCSW.
• Relevant experience of three to five years or more with disenfranchised populations.
• Computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CARES is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish desirable.
