About The Position

This role leads strategic and creative work designed to shift conversations, deliver election wins, support causes, grow brands, and produce a real impact within the conservative narrative space. We're looking for a proven social media leader with deep expertise across today's digital landscape to lead and grow a best-in-class social media practice. You'll set the vision, mentor and inspire a talented team, partner across disciplines, and help define how we deliver exceptional social strategy for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive integrated social media strategy for paid and organic efforts, tailoring every campaign to the unique dynamics of each platform, target audience, and performance goal
  • Work side-by-side with Creative to concept and produce culturally resonant, social-first campaigns spanning short-form video, static assets, and new/emerging content formats
  • Unite Media and Account teams to architect cohesive, cross-platform campaign plans that amplify reach and results
  • Apply data, audience intelligence, AI tools, and emerging tech to surface trends, refine tactics, and position clients ahead of market shifts
  • Lead social media strategy across both organic and paid channels, ensuring every campaign is platform-specific, audience-focused, and results-driven
  • Partner with Creative to develop social-first ideas and culturally relevant campaigns across video, short-form, static, and emerging formats
  • Collaborate with Media and Account Services to build integrated campaign strategies that maximize impact across every platform
  • Leverage analytics, audience insights, AI, and emerging technologies to identify trends, optimize performance, and keep clients ahead of what's next
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing social media team, fostering a culture of creativity, strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous growth
  • Build scalable workflows and best practices for planning, publishing, measurement, and reporting
  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning from concept through launch, ensuring every initiative is strategically aligned, creatively compelling, and optimized for each platform
  • Partner closely with Creative, Media, Production, and Account Services to ensure seamless integration across every campaign
  • Champion innovation by continually evolving social media capabilities, introducing new ideas, and leveraging AI and emerging technologies to deliver exceptional results
