Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or scheduling within the transportation sector.
- Proven experience managing 10+ employees.
- Knowledgeable about OSHA and environmental regulations.
- Comfortable working hands-on in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, prioritizing safety, environmental compliance, and effectiveness.
- Shape a high-performing team through effective staffing, development, and resource allocation to achieve safety, financial, and operational goals.
- Use key metrics and reports to identify trends and implement solutions that boost production efficiency and profitability.
- Lead site-level improvement initiatives, promoting best practices in safety, quality, and operations.
- Provide clear updates on site performance, daily logistics, and any factors that may affect budgets or other key objectives.
- Maintain consistency with daily safety analyses, quality checks, and housekeeping standards, exceeding customer expectations.
- Oversee the timely generation of maintenance work orders to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
- Provide backup support during weekends or as needed to ensure continuous operations.
