Within the context of a person-centred model of care and, in accordance with the mission, vision, values, and strategic directions of Providence Living, a Catholic-sponsored, faith-based, health care organization focused on long-term care, assisted living, housing and other community services to support seniors, their family members, and caregivers, Director of Site Operations, promotes a safe, respectful, and civil environment for our seniors, their families, visitors, and for staff. Reporting to Operations Director, the Director of Site Operations is responsible for overseeing nonclinical operations at The Views. Specifically, providing leadership to resident activities, adult day programs, support services and allied health staff. The position will support operational planning; human resource development; financial management; quality improvement and resource utilization. It will also ensure departmental policies and procedures comply with professional and legal standards. Working collaboratively with the Director of Care, provides leadership in managing and implementing strategic goals and service initiatives. The Director of Site Operations will also represent the Operations Director and the department in internal/external forums as required.
