Requirements

3+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or scheduling within the transportation sector.
Proven experience managing 10+ employees.
Knowledgeable about OSHA and environmental regulations.
Comfortable working hands-on in an industrial environment.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, prioritizing safety, environmental compliance, and effectiveness.
Shape a high-performing team through effective staffing, development, and resource allocation to achieve safety, financial, and operational goals.
Use key metrics and reports to identify trends and implement solutions that boost production efficiency and profitability.
Lead site-level improvement initiatives, promoting best practices in safety, quality, and operations.
Provide clear updates on site performance, daily logistics, and any factors that may affect budgets or other key objectives.
Maintain consistency with daily safety analyses, quality checks, and housekeeping standards, exceeding customer expectations.
Oversee the timely generation of maintenance work orders to keep equipment and facilities in top condition.
Provide backup support during weekends or as needed to ensure continuous operations.
