The role involves building a book of business, driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic, hands-on business development, and leveraging a network across Boston/Cambridge biotech and pharma to generate new opportunities. The successful candidate will identify, pursue, and close high-value partnerships and client engagements, develop tailored, science-driven proposals, and manage a robust sales pipeline with clear forecasting and KPIs. They will also partner cross-functionally with Operations and Finance, stay ahead of industry trends, and implement scalable processes for predictable revenue growth.
