About The Position

Turbare Manufacturing, a leading 503B sterile compounding facility dedicated to providing high-quality pharmaceutical products, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales and customer experience teams and drive incremental business growth. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing organization committed to excellence in healthcare manufacturing. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of growth and expansion in sales and customer experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role.
  • Proven success in selling pharmaceutical, healthcare, or sterile compounding products.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations, 503B compounding standards, and healthcare industry dynamics, preferred.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and customer experience teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ophthalmological societies, and other key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to penetrate and expand new markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer care teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, data trends, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Represent Turbare Manufacturing at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and other key business meetings.
