About The Position

Join our team as a Director of Sales at The Brewhouse Inn and Suites! Are you a driven, competitive sales leader who thrives on building relationships and hitting ambitious goals? The Brewhouse Inn and Suites, a 90 room hotel, is seeking a confident, motivational Director of Sales to lead our on-site sales efforts, inspire a team, and drive revenue across rooms, groups, and events.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals
  • Confidence, initiative, and a competitive mindset balanced with collaboration and relationship-building
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a sales team accountable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Hotel or hospitality sales experience preferred, though strong sales backgrounds from other industries are welcome

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a sales team while partnering closely with the General Manager to drive total hotel revenue
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize room, group, and conference center performance
  • Actively solicit new business, build long-term client relationships, and represent the hotel in the community
  • Participate in client meetings, conduct site tours, and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Analyze market trends, competitive data, and booking pace to adjust pricing and sales strategies
  • Oversee forecasting, reporting, and sales activity tracking to support business goals
