Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Material Science or equivalent
  • 10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in oil and gas tooling.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales systems and resources to deliver Best Relationships, Best Products and Best Speed to the customer and improve revenue & profitability of the value stream.
  • Value stream team member to coordinate and achieve an operationally excellent, high performance value stream to deliver value to the customer.
  • Coordinate, council, share, learn best practices from other NPD/Engineering managers across USS enterprise.
  • Lead the Customer Engineer Team.
  • Coach engineers assigned (CE).
  • Sales A3 Strategy for the insert value stream.
  • Customer and business development.
  • Ensure, check and align your vision and practices of sales excellence with others who hold the same responsibilities.
  • Seek out and learn from the best in the world at sales, and adapt your vision and work.
  • Support other operational value streams in their efforts to serve the customer.
