Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in full-service or lifestyle properties
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and inspire
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Adept with industry tools and systems, with experience in CRM and sales platforms (Hilton, Marriott, or independent systems a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2–5 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing
