Factory is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to spearhead our efforts in engaging with large-scale clients and securing our position as a leader in AI-driven software development solutions. What you will do and achieve: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the enterprise market, promoting Factory's suite of Droids as essential tools for enhancing software development processes. Lead, expand, and mentor our sales team, instilling best practices for enterprise sales and fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement. Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and positioning Factory as a strategic partner in addressing their software development challenges. Drive revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities, crafting tailored pitches, and negotiating complex deals with large organizations. Collaborate closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure our product offerings and sales strategies align with market demands and client expectations. Monitor sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
