About The Position

At Lifespace Communities, Our Space is where leadership and opportunity meet. We're looking for an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead sales and occupancy performance for our Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). This high-impact role offers exceptional earning potential with a commission target of $60K and a range of $30K to $120K+ , based on results. Your success directly drives your income and the growth of our community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5 plus years of sales leadership in CCRC/Life Plan communities.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to meet activity targets and key performance metrics.
  • Drive strong conversion performance across the sales funnel, including: Inquiry-to-tour conversion Tour-to-deposit conversion Deposit-to-move-in conversion
  • Achieve personal and team goals for callouts, appointments, tours, presentations, deposits, and move-ins.
  • Analyze competitive trends, pricing, market conditions, and lead sources to refine strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and branding.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience at every stage, from inquiry through move-in.
