We are seeking a visionary Director of Sales Programs to serve as the architect of our sales engine. As an Arizona IT company providing customized business solutions - including Internet, VoIP, Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Colocation, Cloud, Network, IP Camera Systems, and Low-Voltage Cabling - we require a proven leader who can bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and relationship-driven growth. Your mission is to reinforce this culture by moving away from transactional sales mindsets and building a strategic framework that ensures a predictable, scalable, and sustainable growth model. You will be responsible for designing a program that creates and fosters long-term relationships, and consistently hits revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and scaling predictable sales programs within the technology, telecommunications, or managed IT services sector.
  • Strategic Mindset: Experience evolving organizations from transactional sales to strategic, relationship-focused models.
  • Technical Proficiency: A strong background in modern technology (Cybersecurity, Cloud, VoIP, etc.) to effectively communicate value to sophisticated prospects.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to use data to track progress, set clear metrics, and make informed decisions for the program's future.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience building out the tools, staff, and training necessary to ramp up sales momentum.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Revenue Trajectory: Take full accountability for the sales pipeline, ensuring it consistently produces significant net new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) with a clear path for continued acceleration.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee the program’s budget and resources to achieve growth goals with maximum efficiency.
  • Implement a Strategic Sales Model: Lead the implementation and refinement of our "KNOWN, LIKED, TRUSTED" framework to move beyond simple closes toward long-term brand awareness and engagement.
  • Drive Key Metrics: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable weekly and monthly targets for lead generation ("KNOWNS"), prospect engagement ("LIKED"), and customer conversion ("TRUSTED").
  • Scale the Program: Develop and execute the strategy for resourcing, training, and growing our sales capabilities to meet ambitious multi-year growth projections.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, make data-driven pivots, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure sales initiatives remain perfectly aligned with broader business objectives.
