About The Position

Our client is seeking a strategic sales operator and team builder who thrives on coaching, problem-solving, and helping business owners transform sales performance into sustainable growth. This role exists to solve challenges such as inconsistent lead conversion, lack of sales team accountability, and managers not being equipped to lead effectively. You'll work directly with business owners and leadership teams across the home service industry, helping them build scalable sales organizations, stronger management structures, and more predictable revenue systems. Rather than managing a single sales department, you'll influence multiple organizations, helping leaders create lasting improvements that continue delivering results long after implementation. As the organization continues to grow, this position offers the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping future services, methodologies, and leadership initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, accountability, and performance management.
  • Ability to confidently engage with business owners and senior leaders.
  • Skill in influencing outcomes without relying on direct authority.
  • Enjoyment of coaching, mentoring, and developing people.
  • Structured, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfort analyzing performance data and translating insights into action.
  • Clear, confident, and credible communication skills.
  • Experience within home services, revenue leadership, business operations, or sales management environments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, sales leaders, and management teams, helping them identify performance gaps and implement practical solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Improve sales performance through stronger processes, accountability systems, and operational discipline.
  • Evaluate sales calls, proposals, estimates, customer interactions, and conversion activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design scorecards, KPIs, forecasting systems, and reporting frameworks that provide leaders with greater visibility and control.
  • Help organizations improve booking rates, close rates, average ticket values, lead response times, follow-up consistency, and pipeline management.
  • Build repeatable sales playbooks, frameworks, and best practices that increase consistency across teams.
  • Coach sales managers and representatives to become stronger leaders, communicators, and performers.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and sales reviews that accelerate skill development and execution.
  • Collaborate with business owners, operations leaders, and finance teams to align revenue strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of consulting methodologies, training tools, and future service offerings.

Benefits

  • Total Potential Compensation: $105,000–$160,000+ CAD
  • Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000 CAD
  • Performance Bonus: $15,000–$50,000+ CAD
