About The Position

Director of Sales & Ops Planning, Customer Service & Master Data is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing digital transformation and operational excellence across the supply chain. This role oversees outsourced customer service operations, data management governance, and corporate S&OP processes, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and inventory planning to meet business goals. The Director will support innovation, continuous improvement, and the deployment of advanced technologies to streamline planning and data governance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field
12+ years in supply chain planning, customer service, and data governance
Experience in S&OP and ERP systems
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Solid analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage the corporate S&OP process, including consensus forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
Coordinate cross-functional alignment for new product introductions and packaging initiatives.
Implement performance metrics and reporting to monitor adherence to plans.
Oversee enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize supply chain planning and core data governance through advanced technologies.
Evaluate, select, and implement advanced tools to optimize Demand and Supply Planning/S&OP activities and data governance.
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all functions.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of master data across the product lifecycle.
Oversee governance frameworks, tools, and training programs for effective data management.
Publish product information to external reporting agencies as required.
Develop and maintain key deliverables and performance benchmarks aligned with industry standards.
Identify and execute initiatives to improve supply chain planning capabilities and operational efficiency.
