The Director of Sales Operations is integral in driving all sales metrics at TEVET working closely with the Chief Information & Operations Officer and Chief Growth Officer Partnerships. This role will work closely with Account Managers and their teams to support them in achieving TEVET's strategic goals. Collaborate with Operations, Quality, IT, and the Account Managers to develop efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement in processes. The Director of Sales Operations will be in lockstep with the Chief Information & Operations Officer as they help TEVET reach its 5-year growth goals by making the best possible data-driven decisions. This position is responsible for using and managing TEVET’s CRM tools.
