You will develop and execute innovative strategies to maximize revenue, grow market share, and elevate brand presence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel sales leadership experience or equivalent
  • Strong awareness of the West Coast, Los Angeles, and Beverly Hills market and customer base
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic Sales & Marketing plans to drive revenue growth
  • Established relationships within the agency and luxury travel community
  • Strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with major hospitality sales CRM systems
  • Professional presence with strong leadership and presentation skills
