About The Position

The Beckworth Hotel, a Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to join its opening team. This stunning new 240-room boutique hotel, located in the historic Johnston Building in Uptown Charlotte, will blend historic charm with modern sophistication. It will feature a signature rooftop bar, vibrant ground-floor dining, and 3,500 square feet of meeting space, aiming to become a premier event destination. The role involves leading sales and marketing efforts, developing strategies to drive business, building client relationships, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. As a Concord Leader, the individual will be responsible for inspiring and supporting their team, fostering a positive work environment, and leading with integrity.

Requirements

  • Luxury/Lifestyle Full Service Experience required.
  • BBT - Business Travel experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven success leading, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Convention Experience a plus.
  • Prior brand experience and market knowledge preferred.
