About The Position

Hyatt Place Bozeman Yellowstone Airport is seeking a driven Director of Sales & Marketing to grow the business, build strong partnerships, and lead the property into its next chapter. This role is for a Concord Leader responsible for inspiring greatness in their team, creating a great work environment, and leading with integrity, transparency, respect, and professionalism.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Director of Sales or in a senior sales leadership role.
Proven success leading, motivating, and managing high-performing sales teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

Prior brand experience and market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
