The Director of Sales Engineering & Effectiveness (SEE) oversees all aspects of sales engineering, sales effectiveness, solution design, deal support, and VBC capital administration. This role is responsible for enhancing the company’s position with prospects and partners, solidifying our value proposition, and strengthening our market position. The SEE team provides critical capabilities for Growth to target and win higher value practices and maximize future revenues for providers and Aledade. This includes leading a team of SMEs in data analytics, payments, financial modeling, value calculations, deal desk operations, contracting, process documentation, and case resolution. The Director develops playbooks for these functions, overseeing onboarding and upskilling of SMEs. This leader is a strong operator and manager of SMEs, able to run cross-functional meetings, performance reviews, and manage special projects for executives, particularly the Growth Executive Leadership (GEL) team. Additionally, the Director will coordinate SME participation in external prospect and client-facing meetings, both remote and on-site, to maximize impact and progress deals. The Director will also counsel Aledade’s senior sales talent and leadership on complex deals and named accounts. The Director will work closely with GEL to drive key analysis, lean reporting, and processes from the SME team to maximize operational leverage of the Growth Organization. The Director anticipates strategic insights and modeling required for Growth to increase productivity and meet the company’s aggressive growth trajectory, documented in KR commitments.
