About The Position

TS Conductor is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to lead and optimize commercial operations that drive sales success, strategic growth, and market leadership. This highly cross-functional role will be responsible for CRM utilization and reporting, conference and event lead generation, customer experience, RFP and contract management, sales planning, partner enablement, and marketing execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can align tactical execution with broader growth initiatives ensuring the discovery, promotion, and adoption of TS Conductor’s superior product solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic marketing, or commercial enablement roles
  • Proven success in B2B environments with long sales cycles preferably in energy, utilities, industrial tech, or infrastructure
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong storytelling and messaging skills with technical product experience
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to influence cross-functionally
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support events, partners, and customer engagement
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and willing to work independently to achieve business goals
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while balancing multiple tasks
  • A passion for sales enablement, marketing, and business development
  • Familiar with Transmission and Distribution T&D industry.
  • Familiar with basic knowledge of power transmission, voltage transmission efficiency, and sag tension.
  • Should have strong analytical skills to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Must pay close attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in their work.
  • Must demonstrate strong executive communication to align with leadership, while also serving as a cross-functional connector between sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee CRM strategy and compliance across the sales organization
  • Build dashboards and reports to provide executive-level insights into the sales funnel, forecasts, and KPI performance
  • Champion CRM adoption and integration to improve opportunity management and visibility
  • Lead planning and execution of industry event participation to support brand visibility and qualified lead generation (e.g., CIGRÉ, IEEE, DistribuTECH)
  • Coordinate pre-event targeting, in-event execution, and post-event follow-up campaigns
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales to craft clear value propositions for event audiences
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive market awareness and product discovery in key regions (e.g., North America, Latin America, APAC)
  • Partner with management and sales to build winning customer proposals, case studies, and technical positioning decks
  • Create compelling marketing assets that differentiate TS Conductor from traditional and first-generation advanced conductors focusing on ROI, performance, and reliability
  • Own the marketing calendar for sales enablement materials, including playbooks, product comparisons, technical briefs, and white papers
  • Build frameworks to support customer success and long-term loyalty, including post-sale engagement and account touchpoints
  • Serve as an escalation point for key accounts and lead initiatives to resolve customer service gaps or reinforce value
  • Lead the development of high-impact RFP responses, ensuring accurate, persuasive, and winning brand submissions
  • Coordinate across engineering, finance, manufacturing and legal to meet deadlines and ensure commercial terms align with business goals
  • Enable sales leadership with strategic account planning, sales territory alignment, and TS knowledge-based partner programs
  • Manage third-party partners and sales agents, ensuring alignment with TS Conductor’s goals and brand messaging
  • Deliver sales campaigns, sales training, and marketing collateral for domestic and global partner network
  • Craft clear, compelling customer-facing messaging that translates technical features into business value, particularly in complex sales environments.
  • Provide constructive coaching and foster a culture of active listening and feedback.
