About The Position

The Director of Sales and Revenue Operations is a strategic leader responsible for aligning and optimizing marketing, sales, and customer success processes, technology, and data to drive company revenue growth. This role bridges departmental gaps to create a unified revenue engine, focusing on data-driven decision-making, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and overall efficiency across the entire customer experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
  • Experience leading inside sales or sales development teams is preferred
  • Strong command of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales analytics tools, and reporting platforms
  • Proven ability to build scalable sales processes and tools
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen and a bias for action

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Inside Sales team to increase productivity and performance through targeted coaching, metrics-based management, and daily execution support.
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline health, territory planning, and quota design to drive predictable revenue.
  • Oversee CRM administration and reporting (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Continuously improve sales processes to reduce friction and increase efficiency.
  • Equip sales with the tools, content, and training needed to drive engagement, accelerate deal cycles, and improve win rates.
  • Partner with Marketing on content alignment and campaign execution readiness.
  • Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure cohesive GTM execution.
  • Coordinate planning and performance tracking across functions.
  • Deliver actionable insights into buyer behavior, sales activity, and market trends.
  • Eliminate data silos and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
