About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire a bright, dynamic leader with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence to join their family of talented individuals. The Director of Sales and Marketing will join the team at All Seasons Delray Beach, a brand new luxury Senior Living community set to open in 2027. This professional will begin in December 2026 to help build momentum for pre-leasing efforts and contribute to the successful launch and grand opening of the community, which will feature 153 homes, a mixture of both Independent Living and Assisted Living.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organization skills, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall sales goals of the community are met
• Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, ensuring five-star customer service is always being displayed
• Assists with maintaining a motivational atmosphere throughout the community
• Assists in the creation of sales and marketing reports, as well as captivating newsletters and social media updates
• Completes community tours in a manner that meets company expectations
• Completes the daily marketing checklist
• Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
• Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed
