This role oversees booking and revenue decisions, manages brand relationships, and actively pursues new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client engagement. In addition to sales, this position plays an important role in detailing and event planning, ensuring a seamless experience from booking through execution. The DOS also oversees marketing initiatives, including social media and revenue-generating programs, while supporting and developing the sales and catering team. This is a hands-on leadership and selling position ideal for someone who thrives in sales, client relations, and event coordination.
