About The Position

We’re hiring a Director of Sales & Customer Success to partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to help design, lead, and scale our entire relationship organization. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems, developing people, and creating structures within a growing company. You’ll lead initiatives across sales, customer success, support, and BDR strategy while helping bring clarity, accountability, and process to a fast-moving services business. Requirements

  • 3+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams in B2B, marketing, or consultative service environments
  • Strong operational and process-driven mindset
  • Skilled relationship builder and communicator who can simplify complex ideas, align teams, build trust with clients, partners, and leadership
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led organization while partnering closely with executive leadership
  • High-integrity, low-ego achiever who leads with empathy, accountability, ownership, and a result-driven mentality

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize scalable sales and retention processes
  • Drive growth primarily through existing customer relationships and resale opportunities
  • Collaborating with Marketing on inbound and outbound growth initiatives
  • Improve adoption and effectiveness of Marketing Strategy Planning (MSP) programs
  • Lead the Relationship Team, including Success Coaches, Account Managers, and BDRs
  • Define team responsibilities, workflows, and accountability structures
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between sales, support, and outreach functions
  • Recommend organizational improvements as the company grows
  • Support high-value client relationships and escalation management
  • Work closely with the CEO to leverage leadership expertise in training and strategic relationships
  • Measure retention, resale performance, and MSP adoption
  • Define KPIs across sales, support, and business development teams
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and visibility
