The Director of Sales, Americas is a key member of the ORTEC leadership team, contributing directly to the development and execution of the business’s growth strategy across North and South America. This role is responsible for leading regional sales performance, strengthening customer and channel relationships, and ensuring disciplined commercial execution aligned with ORTEC’s strategic priorities. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Service and works closely with global and regional leaders across Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Finance, and Applications to drive sustainable growth in the Americas.
