Job Overview Position Summary Nikkiso Cryogenic Services is seeking a transformative commercial leader to architect and scale our North American aftermarket business. This role is designed for a senior executive with the vision, discipline, and commercial rigor to redefine how aftermarket value is created in rotating equipment and cryogenic systems. As Director of Sales, Aftermarket Services, you will own the strategic direction, growth trajectory, and commercial performance of NCS’s aftermarket portfolio across North America. You will shape the long-term revenue model, expand recurring service streams, and elevate Nikkiso’s market position as the partner of choice for critical cryogenic and turbomachinery assets. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer value. It requires a leader who can operate at the executive level with customers and internally, while building scalable commercial systems, world-class teams, and disciplined execution models.
