About The Position
The Luce Hotel is seeking an experienced Director of Rooms to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, and Telephone Services. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, training, budgets, and service standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient departmental performance.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of hotel operations experience, including management.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong budgeting skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with hotel Property Management Systems is required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
