About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Director of Rooms to lead Front Office and Housekeeping operations for a full-service Marriott property in the Southeast. This role is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, operational consistency, and team performance across the Rooms Division.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Rooms Division leadership (Director or Assistant Director level)
- Full-service Marriott or comparable brand experience required
- Strong leadership and operational execution skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Front Office and Housekeeping teams
- Drive guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage labor, budgets, and departmental performance
- Partner with executive leadership on operational strategy
Benefits
- Base salary up to $110,000
- 20% annual bonus
