Director of Roofing and Board-Up
About The Position
SERVPRO of Wolfe Restoration, Inc. is adding a Director of Roofing and Board-Up to our team! We are seeking a Director of Roofing and Board-Up to lead our roofing restoration and exterior emergency services. This role oversees roofing restoration, emergency board-up, and temporary repairs, ensuring rapid response, safety, quality, and profitability. This is a newly created position and a new division of the company. The Director will be responsible for establishing the department from the ground up and driving growth, scalability, and long-term success.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED; Associates and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7–10 years of experience in roofing restoration, including leadership role
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims and storm response
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments
- OSHA 30 and industry certifications preferred

Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Roofing and Board-Up division, including structure, processes, and performance standards
- Oversee emergency services and full roofing restoration projects
- Drive operational efficiency, safety compliance, and quality standards
- Manage budgets, job costing, and divisional performance
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, and vendors
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies
