About The Position

TIFIN.ai is the AI operating layer for the wealth enterprise, a platform offering an agent library to address workflows across operations, investments and growth. Our north star is delivering better wealth outcomes for more people. We’re building production-grade multi-agent systems that power advisor copilots, investment intelligence workflows, and autonomous research capabilities. You will own new business with mid-market RIAs ($2B–$100B AUM). We're looking for someone who can be in front of the right RIA executives in their first weeks, not their first quarter. You bring the relationships and the meetings; our executive team helps you convert and close while you build. Over time — and quickly, if you want it — you take the full cycle end to end and close on your own.

Requirements

Background from a TAMP or selling CRM, financial planning, or advisor technology to RIAs
Relationships with the CEO / COO / President / Head of Sales at mid-market RIAs ($2B–$100B AUM)
Comfortable owning top-of-funnel yourself; this is not a role with an SDR team beneath it
Experience selling something new to a conservative buyer — category creation, not category displacement
Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Open doors through your existing network from day one and build a repeatable outbound motion behind it
Generate and run 10–15 qualified conversations per week with mid-market RIA decision-makers
Leverage and expand our strategic partnerships as a channel into new firms
Run discovery that maps agentic workflows to a firm's actual operating pain
Partner with the exec team on deal strategy, pricing, and close
Feed the RIA feedback back into product
