About The Position

As the Director of Revenue, you will lead the organization’s revenue strategy, driving growth through data-driven pricing, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and financial performance. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue across all channels by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies, analyzing performance trends, and identifying new revenue opportunities. Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance, you will ensure alignment between revenue goals and broader business objectives.

Requirements

  • Must have experience as a revenue strategy leader for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Developed and executed revenue management strategies for an independent hotel
  • Confidence in working directly with ownership groups and key internal executives to articulate strategy, gain alignment, and execute the plan to meet the business needs of the resorts.

Nice To Haves

  • Director level experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with a luxury property preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with property revenue generation team(s) to analyze report metrics and implement an effective revenue strategy for both the hotel and residential units with a deep understanding of the hotel’s defined competitive set as well as the positioning within those respective sets.
  • Be able to influence change and demonstrate a sense of accountability and level of comfort during all interactions with key stakeholders on property, regional and home office, as well as ownership groups
  • Implement group and wholesale block management programs to ensure contracted rooms are being maintained, forecasted, and yielded appropriately, and the blocks are being released promptly.
  • Implement an effective distribution strategy that leverages less costly channels to drive profitability.
  • Work directly with the revenue generation team and key constituents to ensure ancillary revenue objectives are met.
