About you: You bring a builder mindset to RevOps, having implemented scalable systems, processes, and teams in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environments. You have led revenue operations functions through growth, hiring and developing talent while personally diving into details such as commissions, data hygiene, and workflow design. You excel at time management and organization, allowing you to juggle competing priorities and drive outcomes against tight deadlines in a dynamic setting. Your communication and collaboration skills enable you to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product, switching seamlessly between tactical troubleshooting and strategic executive-level discussions. You build strong partnerships across the organization, using influence, insight, and credibility to understand business needs, recommend solutions, and execute whatever is required to move the business forward. This role reports to the VP of Finance and can be based in Austin, TX, Toronto, Canada, or remote.
