We're looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to be the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine at a pivotal moment: we're scaling fast and this role will have a direct impact on how we grow. This is a founding RevOps role, which means you'll have the opportunity to build the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. You'll have real ownership and the opportunity to shape our RevOps from the ground up. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on. You're a builder who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves, and a leader who can think architecturally about how all the pieces fit together. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing Ops, and CS leadership, and be instrumental in enabling our growing team to operate efficiently and scale effectively.
