McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations & Maritime Strategy to lead the company’s enterprise growth operating system while supporting strategic expansion across the maritime defense and industrial base ecosystem. This role is responsible for integrating business development, pipeline governance, proposal operations, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution into a disciplined and scalable growth framework aligned with MRC’s long-term strategy. The Director will work closely with the Vice President of Revenue, President & CEO, Program leadership, and other senior leaders to improve forecasting discipline, increase opportunity visibility, strengthen capture-to-execution transitions, and identify high-value strategic growth opportunities across Navy, Maritime Industrial Base, and defense partner ecosystems. This is not a traditional sales or CRM administration role. The position is designed for a highly organized strategic operator capable of driving enterprise coordination, governance, accountability, and growth execution in a fast-paced defense contracting environment.
