The Director of Revenue Management – North America is a critical commercial leadership role responsible for maximizing admissions revenue across Merlin’s North American attractions portfolio. This role blends strategic leadership, advanced analytics, and commercial acumen to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance trading performance. The Director will leverage data-driven insights, market intelligence, and innovative thinking to deliver best-in-class revenue optimization in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment. As a trusted commercial partner, this individual will work closely with Go-To-Market, Consumer Proposition, Marketing, E-Commerce, Operations, and Finance teams to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives. This position offers flexibility to work remotely, with connectivity to the Orlando Hub and periodic in-person collaboration as required. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking, customer-centric leader with a strong growth mindset, capable of influencing senior stakeholders while building and developing high-performing teams.
