About The Position

Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa, a premier golf and oceanfront destination in Palm Coast, Florida, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue optimization efforts across the property. This position is responsible for maximizing total resort revenue through strategic analysis of group and transient business, pricing optimization, demand forecasting, inventory management, and competitive positioning. The Director of Revenue Management will play a critical leadership role in aligning revenue strategies with Pyramid Global Hospitality standards while ensuring brand compliance and achieving financial performance objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive Revenue Management experience within a resort environment.
  • Working knowledge of Vacation Rental pricing and yield management practices.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial objectives.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience working with hotel revenue systems including PMS, RMS/Duetto, CRS, STR, and GDS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Hospitality industry experience required.

  • Destination golf & beach resort experience preferred.
  • Multi-outlet resort revenue management experience preferred.
  • Experience working within independent resort environments and corporate revenue structures.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue management strategies designed to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability.
  • Analyze group and transient business thresholds to ensure optimal inventory utilization and revenue growth compared to the competitive set.
  • Recommend and implement pricing, distribution, and positioning strategies aligned with Pyramid Global Hospitality standards and brand requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, citywide events, demand generators, and competitive activity to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Conduct short-term and long-term analysis impacting occupancy, average daily rate, and profitability.
  • Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and rolling forecasts.
  • Develop annual operating budgets and revenue projections.
  • Analyze revenue performance and provide recommendations to improve financial results.
  • Perform displacement analysis for group, contract, and negotiated business opportunities.
  • Oversee inventory controls including group room blocks, cut-off dates, restrictions, and transient inventory availability.
  • Ensure all revenue management systems are optimized and maintained accurately, including: Property Management System (PMS), Revenue Management System (RMS/Duetto), Central Reservation System (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Evaluate market demand utilizing STR reports, brand diagnostics, and channel performance analytics.
  • Lead weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings in accordance with Pyramid Global Hospitality & Hammock Beach SOPs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align revenue strategies and drive performance.
  • Manage third-party distribution channels and maintain relationships with market managers and external partners.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the property, regional revenue teams, and brand revenue management partners.
  • Train, mentor, and educate resort leadership and operational teams on revenue management principles and best practices.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting on: Group Pick-up, Transient/Leisure Trends & Pricing, Vacation Rental Booking Trends & Pricing, Forecast Accuracy, Competitive Market Performance, Revenue Opportunities.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to property leadership and corporate stakeholders.
  • Identify emerging revenue opportunities and communicate actionable strategies to maximize results.
