About The Position

Be a part of our talented and growing team! We are seeking a strategic, results‑driven Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize the full revenue cycle across our organization. This role oversees end‑to‑end revenue operations, drives financial performance through data‑driven insights, and partners closely with executive leadership to strengthen reimbursement, compliance, and operational efficiency. This position is fully on-site at our Princeton office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (related Master's degree strongly preferred)
  • 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience (ambulatory or multispecialty preferred)
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Deep knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD ‑ 10, RVUs, and payer reimbursement policies
  • Strong experience with EMR/EPM systems (NextGen experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to analyze data, lead change, and improve financial performance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem ‑ solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the entire revenue cycle, including AR, billing, collections, and payer performance
  • Develop and execute an annual revenue cycle plan aligned with organizational financial goals
  • Analyze KPIs, prepare executive ‑ level reporting, and present performance insights to leadership
  • Partner on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning
  • Manage payer relationships, contract performance, underpayment trends, and denial strategies
  • Drive responses to payer policy changes and support data ‑ driven contract renegotiations
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, OIG, state regulations, and payer requirements
  • Lead revenue cycle technology strategy, automation, and system optimization
  • Directly manage and develop the Business Office team, fostering accountability and a positive culture
  • Collaborate cross ‑ functionally with Clinical, IT, Quality, and Finance teams
