Director of Revenue Cycle Operations
About The Position
The Director of Revenue Cycle Operations owns the strategic performance, financial integrity, and end-to-end accountability for Patient Access, Health Information Management (HIM), and Patient Financial Services (PFS) across both hospital and professional operations. This role drives financial integrity, optimizes performance across the entire revenue cycle spectrum, and oversees organization-wide management of all revenue functions. This role is accountable for financial performance, optimizing key revenue metrics, and aligning cross-functional workflows to maximize collections, minimize the cost to collect, and ensure fiscal integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Seven years of work experience in a health care setting
- Five years of management/director experience
