About The Position
Enlightened Recovery is seeking a forward-thinking Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize our billing operations at our Egg Harbor City, NJ location. This role involves developing and implementing efficient systems to maximize revenue and operational efficiency. The position is in a modern office with a supportive team dedicated to excellence and growth. Candidates with behavioral health experience and knowledge of out-of-network billing are preferred.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in billing, receipt posting, and account resolution (healthcare setting preferred)
- Proven leadership and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of reimbursement trends and regulatory guidelines

Responsibilities
- Lead the billing department to ensure accurate, timely claims submission to commercial carriers and intermediaries, in line with facility, state, federal, and payer guidelines.
- Serve as a key liaison between Billing, Collections, and Senior Management.
- Analyze and implement process improvements that enhance reimbursement for services rendered.
- Ensure payer compliance and uphold internal and external billing policies and standards.
- Oversee all client billing and collections operations.
- Set up new client pay agreements within the billing system.
