About The Position

Lead the future of Revenue Cycle Excellence at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center in Columbia, MD. The Director of Revenue Cycle Site Operations is an accomplished revenue cycle expert, who will undertake a key leadership role supporting all front-end and back office revenue cycle processes which enable JHHS to achieve its overall strategic and financial goals. This position is responsible for establishing and ensuring adherence to JHM enterprise wide policies as well as implementing best practices and initiatives of the revenue cycle activities to optimize the patient’s financial interaction along the care continuum. The incumbent is also accountable to develop and harmonize onsite cash management activities across Johns Hopkins Health System, including management of patient valuables, departmental deposits, and compliant financial teller protocols. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7-10+ years of progressively responsible related experience in patient access services, registration, scheduling, financial clearance, regulatory compliance, and revenue cycle oversight including 3-5 years of management experience.

• Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility
